As part of the Woods. More-than-Human Curiosity project, Czech and Norwegian artists have taken part in residencies.
In 2022 and 2023 in collaboration with partner organisations Røst AiR, Kunsthall Trondheim, and Ovenecká 33, the artists Liv Bugge (NO), Habima Fuchs (CZ), Kateřina Holá (CZ), and Mercedes Mühleisen (NO) participated in residencies that are thematically related to the Woods and the Forest Symposium programme and extended into public art events, lectures, and landscape interventions in Norway and the Czech Republic. As part of the project, residencies were also undertaken by the Czech artists Lukáš Hofmann in collaboration with Bergen Kunsthall, Pavel Sterec in collaboration with BEK - Bergen Centre for Electronic Arts, David Fesl in collaboration with Kunsthall Oslo, and Martin Zetová in collaboration with North Norwegian Art Centre.
